Project Description
The landfill at the Armstrong/Spallumcheen Diversion and Disposal Facility (ASDDF) is nearing capacity. The RDNO is in the process of designing a new transfer station to be constructed on the current ASDDF site for use by residential customers. Tetra Tech has been engaged to prepare a conceptual design for the transfer station.
