Swan Lake Wastewater Treatment Service Establishment - OPEN
Electors within portions of Electoral Areas “B” and "C" in the service area are advised of the Regional District of North Okanagan’s (RDNO) intention to adopt Swan Lake Wastewater Treatment Service Establishment Bylaw No. 2984, 2024.
If adopted, Bylaw No. 2984 will authorize the RDNO to establish a service relating to the acquisition, development and operation of a wastewater treatment system.
Elector Response Forms (ERFs) must be submitted to the RDNO on forms that can be obtained during regular business hours from the RDNO located at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC or downloaded from www.rdno.ca.
Deadline for receipt of Elector Response Forms is Monday, July 22, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
