The Mabel Lake Water Utility (MLW) is informing specific customers on Walker Road that the planned work for Thursday, May 12, 2022 has been postponed to Monday, May 16, 2022 due to operational delays.
This means that the water supply will be turned off on Monday, May 16, 2022 between the hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm for the planned construction work and could be extended if unforeseen
circumstances arise. See attached map of affected properties.

The Mabel Lake Water Utility (MLW) is informing specific customers on Walker Road that the
water supply will be turned off on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 9:00 am for planned construction
work. See attached map of affected properties.
If you are in the affected area the water supply will be unavailable at your property between the
hours of 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and could be extended if unforeseen circumstances arise. It is
suggested that you store a short term water supply for cooking and toilet use before the
interruption.
When the water service has been restored, you may experience some cloudiness and/or air in
the water. Please run a cold water tap closest to where the water enters your residence at low
volume until the water has cleared.
