Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Regional District of North Okanagan, pursuant to Sections 464.2 and 467 of the Local Government Act, will consider giving First Reading to Zoning Text Amendment Bylaw No. 2965, 2023 at their Regular Meeting to be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 4:00 pm.
Zoning Text Amendment Bylaw No. 2965, 2023 proposes to amend the text of the Regional District of North Okanagan Zoning Bylaw No. 1888 to permit a modular manufactured home in addition to a manufactured home where two dwellings are permitted on the same property.
A Public Hearing for this Bylaw is not required as the Bylaw is consistent with the Official Community Plan Bylaws of Electoral Areas “B”, “C”, “D”, “E” and “F”.
