Notice is hereby given that a Delegated Public Hearing covering Electoral Area "F" Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2979, 2024 will be held in the Board Room of the Regional District of North Okanagan at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2979 proposes to amend the Electoral Area “F” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2702, 2016 to include policies and land use designations specific to light industrial and service commercial uses along the Hwy 97A and Hwy 97B junction.
A copy of Bylaw No. 2979 and relevant staff reports can be viewed by clicking here or at the office of the Regional District of North Okanagan at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC. Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Statutory holidays. You may also request a copy of the Bylaw by emailing planning@rdno.ca.
