Notice is hereby given that a Delegated Public Hearing covering Zoning Text Amendment Bylaw No. 3017, 2024 will be held in the Board Room of the Regional District of North Okanagan at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
Zoning Text Amendment Bylaw No. 3017 proposes to amend the text of the Residential Two Family (R.2) zone of the Regional District of North Okanagan Zoning Bylaw No. 3000, 2023 to permit the construction of a 3095 m2 building to be used for religious and community gatherings on the property legally described as Lot 2, Sec 11, Twp 8, ODYD, Plan 3717, Except Plan 34895 and located at 5151 Alain Road, Electoral Area "B".

Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Statutory holidays. You may also request a copy of the Bylaw by emailing planning@rdno.ca.
