REGIONAL DISTRICT OF NORTH OKANAGAN – PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a Delegated Public Hearing covering Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2940, 2022 will be held in the Board Room of the Regional District of North Okanagan at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
Electoral Area “F” Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2940 proposes to amend the Electoral Area “F” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2702, 2016 by changing the land use designation of the property legally described as The E ½ of the SE ¼ of Sec 10, Twp 19, R9, W6M, KDYD and located at 150 Crossridge Road, Electoral Area “F” from Non-Urban to Country Residential. If approved, the applicant also proposes to rezone the property to potentially permit a 15 lot subdivision.

Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Statutory holidays. You may also request a copy of the Bylaw by emailing planning@rdno.ca. Please be advised the Regional District office is closed from December 25, 2023 to January 1, 2024.
