Notice is hereby given that a Delegated Public Hearing covering Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3009, 2024 will be held in the Board Room of the Regional District of North Okanagan at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3009 proposes to rezone the property legally described as District Lot 3421, ODYD and located at Forsberg Road, Electoral Area “C” from the Large Holding (L.H) zone to the Country Residential (C.R) zone. If approved, the applicant is proposing a 27 lot subdivision.
A copy of Bylaw No. 3009 and the Delegated Public Hearing agenda package can be viewed by clicking the links or at the office of the Regional District of North Okanagan at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC. Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Statutory holidays. You may also request a copy of the Bylaw by emailing planning@rdno.ca.
