To accommodate the replacement of a water main, there will be a planned water outage on Thursday, August 8 from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm. Water service to your residence will be turned off. We apologize for the inconvenience during this disturbance. Please see map below for affected area.
Once the water has been turned back on, the area will be on a Water Quality Advisory (WQA) until 96 hours after water is returned to service, at which point the WQA will be rescinded without further notice from the RDNO. During this time, you may notice reduced water pressure, air in the water, discoloration and/or increased turbidity (cloudiness). Please run a cold tap until the water has cleared. An outside tap is preferred.
The level of treatment provided by the RDNO has been maintained; however, some customers may wish to boil their water for at least one minute when preparing any food, drinking, washing fruits and vegetables, making beverages or ice or when brushing teeth.
