NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF DISRUPTION TO WATER SERVICE

Please be advised that you will experience disruption to your water supply
February 26, 2024
between the hours of 08:00 to 16:00
and you may experience occasional disruption to your water supply
February 27, 2024
between the hours of 08:00 to 16:00.
Kidco Construction will be completing works at the pump station that supplies water to your property (see map below). Works scheduled on Monday, February 26, 2024 requires a full disruption to your water supply, and the contractor will be working to mitigate the shut down time required. It is anticipated that during works scheduled on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 you may experience short disruption to your water supply.
If the water is shut down and when the water service has been restored, you may experience some cloudiness and/or air in the water. Please let your water run for a few minutes until normal clarity returns.
If at any time you experience a loss of water pressure outside of the hours above, please contact the City of Vernon Operations emergency phone – 250-549-6757.
