Pursuant to subsection 285(2) and section 286 of the Local Government Act, R.S.B.C. 2015, Ch. 1 [LGA], notice is hereby given that Regional District of North Okanagan [RDNO] will be disposing of the property legally described as Lot 1, District Lot 38, ODYD, Plan KAP64070 (PID 024-459-917) to the City of Vernon for $1.00 Lot 1 will be used by the City of Vernon as part of the new Active Living Centre lands. Please see diagram of Lot 1 below.
