Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Regional District of North Okanagan will consider giving First Reading to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3010, 2024 at their Regular Meeting to be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 4:00 pm.
Bylaw No. 3010 proposes to rezone the property legally described as Lot 2, Sec 9, Twp 20, R8, W6M, KDYD, Plan 39723 and located at 7719 Highway 97A, Electoral Area “F” from the Non-Urban (N.U) zone to the Small Holding (S.H) zone. If successful in rezoning the property, the owners propose to subdivide it into five lots.
A Public Hearing for this Bylaw is not required as the Bylaw is consistent with the Electoral Area “F” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2702, 2016.
