Pursuant to subsection 285(2) and section 286 of the Local Government Act, R.S.B.C. 2015, Ch. 1 [LGA], notice is hereby given that the Regional District of North Okanagan [RDNO] will be disposing of the property legally described as LOT 1 DISTRICT LOT 51 OSOYOOS DIVISION YALE DISTRICT PLAN EPP113780 [Lot 1], located at RDNO’s BX Ranch Dog Park, along Upper BX Creek, to the City of Vernon for consideration in the amount of $100,001.00, together with an access easement in favour of the City of Vernon over RDNO’s adjacent remainder lands for consideration in the amount of $8,664.00. Lot 1 will be used by the City of Vernon for the development of the BX Creek Sediment Pond Project. Please see diagram of Lot 1 below.
