The City of Vernon is requesting that all homeowners have their outdoor taps live by Monday, April 6, 2020 in preparation for scheduled maintenance being performed on the water main on Tronson Road.
Due to this maintenance, customers from 7284 to 7396 Tronson Road MAY be without water on:
Wednesday April 8, 2020 from 8:00 am to approx. 12:00 pm
On this day, an operator will be visiting each property to briefly turn on your outside hose bibs to confirm your water service.
Please make necessary arrangements to have a short-term water supply stored before the interruption for use during the water outage. While every effort will be made to complete the project by 12:00 pm, it may be necessary to have the water off longer.
When your water service resumes you may experience turbidity in the water. If this occurs please run your cold water for up to 5 minutes to clear your lines.
