Update - April 14, 2022 - 11:15 am

Greater Vernon Water (GVW) advises customers in the N Aberdeen, French, Pottery, E Vernon, Black Rock, Nickle, Buchanan and Binns Road areas that the Precautionary Water Quality Advisory put in place on April 8 is RESCINDED as of April 14, 2022.

The work was completed on April 8 and the distribution system was returned to normal operations. Follow up bacterial testing results and disinfection (chlorine) levels are within normal drinking water standards in the distribution system therefore the GVW Water Quality Advisory is RESCINDED.
