Notice is hereby given that a Delegated Public Hearing covering Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2850 (19-0906-C-RZ_MALYAKIN) will be held in the Board Room of the Regional District of North Okanagan at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2850 proposes to rezone the property legally described as Lot 1, Sec 25, Twp 8, ODYD, Plan 2558, Except Plan 37038 and Plan EPP74629 and located at 7500 McLennan Road, Electoral Area āCā from the Non-Urban (N.U) zone to the Country Residential (C.R) zone. If successful in rezoning the property as proposed, the applicant plans to subdivide the property into eight (8) lots.

Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Statutory holidays. You may also request a copy of the Bylaw by emailing planning@rdno.ca.
