April 7, 2020 - UPDATE - Galiano Road is currently without water as operations are having unforeseen issues with the Valencia Pump Station. We apologize for this inconvenience and operations hopes to have it up and running in a few more hours.
The City of Vernon advises that due to scheduled maintenance being performed on the Valencia Pump Station, customers in the area listed above will be without water on:
Thursday April 2, 2020 from 8:00 am to approx. 3:00 pm
Please make necessary arrangements to have a short term water supply stored before the interruption for use during the water outage. While every effort will be made to complete the project by 3:00 pm, it may be necessary to have the water off longer.
When your water service resumes you may experience turbidity in the water. If this occurs please run your cold water for up to 5 minutes to clear your lines.
